Tarja has more than 30 years of experience in procurement and procurement services. Before joining Indevelop in 2006 she worked as a Procurement Officer at Hifab International for more than 20 years, where she also handled all procurement matters for InDevelop as of 1986.
Tarja has vast experience of procurement services to Swedish aid projects. She is familiar with the procurement rules and regulations of the main IFIs and has sound knowledge, both theoretical and practical, of the Swedish LOU and Sida Procurement Guidelines. Tarja spent more than three years in Vietnam.
Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish, native language Finnish
