Johan has a background as a development economist with a focus on development finance. Since early 2005, Johan has worked with project management and business development in the sphere of international development co-operation. Before working for Indevelop, he worked at GRM International and Hifab International, within a wide array of sectors, including rural development, governance and education.

Johan has project management experience from donors such as Sida, AusAID, and ADB. He has been directly involved in all parts of the Project Management Cycle, both starting up and closing down projects with more than ten team members. Johan has also been working with framework contracts and facilities.

On the side of business development, Johan has handled a larger number of opportunities, from the identification phase all the way to submission of tender. The donors include Sida, EU, EBRD, AusAID, NDF, Danida, World Bank, etc.

Johan focuses on managing the business development pipeline at Indevelop from A to Z, and managing projects.
