Jessica has 15 years experience managing complex and multifaceted projects within development cooperation. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience of managing all project cycles. She is familiar with the needs and demands of bilateral and multilateral donors, and experienced in working with local governments, institutions and organizations. She has experience in civil society development having worked with grassroots organizations.

Before joining Indevelop, Jessica worked at GRM International (formerly OPTO International) for four years managing Sida-funded development cooperation projects. She worked from 1995–2003 in Russia with social protection where she managed a grass roots organisation dedicated to improving social care for vulnerable minors through institutional development, educational programs and direct assistance.

Jessica has a Master's degree in decision-making, risk and policy analysis from Stockholm's University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from TESC University, USA.

Jessica manages Sida's framework agreement for reviews, evaluations and results frameworks.
