Emilia Molnar
Emilia Molnar
Emilia holds a Master in Business Administration and a PhD in Sociology. She has more than 10 years of experience in conducting research studies on social exclusion/inclusion, on pro-poor policies and vulnerable groups as well as on education. She has extensive knowledge on ethnicity and minority politics with special regard to the Roma minority in Eastern Europe. Emilia has experience in carrying out evaluations and she is familiar with both quantitative and qualitative, including anthropological research methods.
Emilia developed training material for the International Training Programmes organised by Indevelop. Recently she has taken part in an assignment supporting the Serbian Gender Equality Directorate in a PBA process, within the framework of Sida's Young Consultant program. Currently she is the project manager of the project Gender Mainstreaming in Ukraine and supports the Sida ITP UN Resolution 1325: Women, Peace and Security.
