David has MSc in Economics with Spanish Language from Södertörn University College and Universidad Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Before joining Indevelop, David worked at Hifab International as Project Manager for two years managing Sida funded ITP programmes in the SADC Region, and framework contracts both for Sida and the European Commission. David has been responsible for elaboration of efficient financial and administrative routines for development projects.
David has experience from working in Spain, Zambia, Malawi and Namibia.
