Camilla is currently the Programme Manager of Sida's Global International Training Programme (ITP) in Human Rights Peace and Security with participants exclusively from conflict and post conflict countries.
Camilla has knowledge and experience of carrying out context analysis on the political and social situation in conflict and post conflict countries as well as organization assessments, whether from civil society or state institutions working to promote human rights, peace and reconciliation. Furthermore Camilla has also conducted several short-term assignments on gender based violence and women's economic empowerment. She has experience on developing gender mainstreaming tools to assure the gender sensitivity of a development project.
Camilla has experience from working in Cambodia, Colombia, Guatemala, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
