Sida Terms of Reference
Indevelop will conduct the Evaluation of the Statistical Office of Kosovo (SOK) between August - October 2011, under the Sida framework agreement for reviews and evaluations. The joint evaluation is examining Sida's and DFID's support to SOK and SOK institutional capacity.
The Statistical Office of Kosovo (SOK) is an agency within the Ministry of Public Administration, responsible for the production of almost all of statistics in Kosovo. The main objective of SOK is data collection, processing, analysing and publishing.
The evaluation is to assess results from previous phases of support, and discuss preconditions and forms for possible future support, primarily from Sida and DfID. The evaluation is also to open up for a more general development dialogue as regards statistics in Kosovo, including national and international actors.
