Indevelop is undertaking an evaluation of the Sida financed MENA-OECD Investment Programme, under the Sida Evaluation and Review Framework Agreement.
The evaluation will provide Sida and OECD with information on the results of the Investment Programme within the Initiative. The evaluation's focus is on the outputs, outcomes and impacts that have been achieved through the activities undertaken by the Investment Programme, specifically the results of activities aimed at fostering regional policy dialogue and exchange of good practice between MENA and OECD countries, regional integration, regional convergence with international standards of national norms, policies, strategies, institutions and administrative practices in MENA countries.
The evaluation is carried out in cooperation with Channel Research and GRM International.
