Study on small arms and light weapons
Review of Sida’s conflict management interventions on small arms and lights weapons (SALW). The assignment aimed to understand how Sida's interventions can be designed to manage the destabilizing effect of SALW on human security. It also explored and provided recommendations to Sida how its interventions can play a positive role on decreasing the availability and proliferation of SALW in post-conflict situations causing violent criminality and hindering peace-building, democracy and development.
