Review of the Norwegian Municipality International Cooperation programme
The objective of the review was to assess and analyse the relevance, achieved results, methodology and sustainability of the programme as well as to provide recommendations to improve the capacity of local governments both in Norway and in their counterparts in developing countries. Furthermore, the review included a strategic assessment of MIC's role and potential as a programme for local governments and capacity building in reference to the overall Norwegian developmental objectives.
