Review of the Norwegian Church Aid‘s operation in Sudan
Review of the Norwegian Church Aid's operation in Sudan. The review was commissioned by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) on behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Objective:
The purpose of the review was to assess how a financial disorder in the operations of the Norwegian Church Aid could happen and to review the institutional and administrative changes made as reactions to the disorder.
Services provided:
Values and culture of the organisation were evaluated with respect to accountability, transparency, participation and communication. The financial management, systems and routines within the Norwegian Church Aid were assessed. The assignment included interviews with staff of the organisation in Norway and Sudan.
