Program Evaluation of Regional Organisational Support Initiative
Objective:
The overall objective of the evaluation was to provide OLIVE LEAF Foundation (OLF) and its partners with findings and recommendations that take into account the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the Regional OVC (orphans and vulnerable children) -organization Support Initiative (ROSI).
Background:
ROSI aims to assist existing orphans and vulnerable children programs in sub-Saharan African countries build their organizational capacity and increase the reach, quality and effectiveness of the OVC services that they offer. ROSI works together with, and through the infrastructure of OLF's ANCHOR program -the Africa Network for Children Orphaned and at Risk. ANCHOR has OVC service delivery programs in South Africa, Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, Nigeria and the Cote d'Ivoire.
Services provided:
InDevelop conducted the end of programme evaluation. The evaluation assessed the implementation methodology and the extent to which results had been achieved and made recommendations for future initiatives.
