Management support and management training in Lao PDR
Our company was subcontracted for the management component of the SEM-project (Strengthening Environmental Management) at the Science Technology and Environment Agency (STEA) in Lao PDR.
We developed and implemented a management training and development program running over a period of one and a half year. The program focused on organizational development of the STEA organization, capacity development of managers. The program included training in leadership, team-building, strategic development, project management and general management issues.
