Lessons learned documentation of the Swedish Support to SAPS

South Africa and Sweden, 2008-2009, Sida

Lessons learned documentation to highlight the key lessons learned from the Sida supported SAPs in order to serve as an input for possible future institutional and/or partner-driven cooperation.

The documentation included the followings:

1. A broad description and analysis of the programme design, structure and implementation (including personnel and financial resources put into the programme).

2. Identification and analysis of the lessons learned.

3. Recommendations for future institutional cooperation as well as Partner-driven Cooperation and tripartite cooperation if applicable.

4.  A concluding analysis of the main lessons learned linked to the development of a new country strategy for South Africa.
