Lecturing for Master Programme in development studies at Lund University
April - June 2011: Indevelop is implementing the practically oriented Masters course "Project and Programme Management" within the Masters Programme LUMID, at Lund University. For more information see syllabus for MIDM40 at LUMID.
Through the support of Sida, LUMID was evaluated by a panel of external experts in 2010. The team of assessors describe LUMID as "an impressive programme of having well designed courses with a strong practical and interdisciplinary approach. Course contents of the programme in general combine theory and policy issues well. The programme has a good international reputation and a high success rate. Another equally important aspect of the programme is that it provides the opportunity of extensive field research to its participants."
The full evaluation - which is in both English and Swedish can be found here.
Students are from all continents of the world and most of them have a few years working experience of development issues, which creates a solid base for stimulating discussions and workshops.
