Lecturing for Master Program in development studies at Lund University
Elaboration and implementation of the courses "Development Cooperation Management and Project Management"(MIDM40) and "Field studies" (MIDM50), 30+30 ECTS, within the Lund University, Master in International Development and Management (LUMID).
The courses includes various issues related to governance and management within the framework of international development cooperation, e.g. capacity building methodologies, anti-corruption strategies and activities, change management and leadership, the policy-making process, project management, aid-effectiveness, result based management, project cycle management (incl. LFA) and evaluation methodology.
Tasks performed:
- Elaboarting curriculum (syllabus for master courses)
- Deataild planning of programme for the two courses
- Planning and implemention of lectures and seminars on an academic level
- Facilaition of workshops
- Examniation of students on 5 different academic assignments with a practical focus
- Course coordination
