GAVI Health Systems Strengthening
Indevelop's consultant provided assistance to GAVI Alliance head office on country programmes related to the strengthening of health systems, specifically:
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of country progress.
- Organisation of and participation in monitoring reviews, preparation and facilitation of country information.
- Focal point for GAVI efforts in health systems, particularly in the context of the Health Systems Funding Platform.
- Liaising with the WB, GFATM and WHO on joint work-plans.
- In collaboration with country support teams, establishing review mechanisms for health sector support applications and coordinating follow up support required by countries.
- Working with policy and performance team to develop indicators for monitoring overall progress.
