Development of Training Courses in Gender Budgeting for Municipalities in Bulgaria, Lithuania and Estonia

Our company developed and conducted training in Gender Budgeting concept, analytical tools and gender budgeting processes for municipalities in Bulgaria, Lithuania and Estonia. The training was part of a one-year cooperation between the three countries on gender issues, gender mainstreaming methods and gender budgeting in municipalities. As part of the project experiences were summarized in a methodological book.
