Our company led a monitoring group which assessed Sida financed projects within decentralisation and local governments in Albania (Decentralisation and Regional Development  phase II and Development of the Albanian Association of Communes.

More specifically the Quality Group analysed and made recommendations on the overall project progress, achievements and results in relation to the specific project objectives, the level of ownership by the Ministry of Interior and other actors and the likelihood of the sustainability of the project and its results, the role and the relations of the project with different government actors, donors and implementing organizations involved in the decentralisation process as well as the quality of project coordination and team leadership of the implementing consultant.
