Completed: International Training program on 1325: Women peace and security
The very first Sida international training program on 1325: Women, Peace and Security finished it's first round. Indevelop together with Kvinna to Kvinna hosted 24 participants from Colombia, DRC, Georgia, Liberia and South Sudan in Sweden for four weeks to learn more and share experiences of working for gender equality in conflict and post-conflict countries.
The programme included trainers such as Agneta Johansson from ILAC, Pierre and Maud Schori, Louise Olsson from the Folke Bernadotte Academy, lecturers from the Department of Peace and Conflict, Project Management with Anders Ingelstam, focus on media together with Eric Sundström from Arenagruppen and Anna Unsgaard and Annika Flensburg from Kvinna till Kvinna.
