Sida framework agreement: International health including HIV and AIDS

The objective of the framework agreement is to make procurement of consultant services as efficient and useful as possible. Therefore, there is no bidding necessary. All entities at Sida can use this framework agreement. Swedish Embassies without Sida offices can also use this agreement.

Who is part of the Consoritum?

Indevelop, consortium leader: A core group of 10 consultants plus a network of about 100 associated consultants around the world, specialising in health systems, SRHR/HIV/AIDS, good governance and peace and security.

Karolinska Institute (IHCAR): A multidisciplinary division conducting research on public health, SRHR, HIV/AIDS, health systems and policy, and clinical research.

The Swedish Institute for Health Economics (IHE): Specialised in health economic evaluations, and practical work in health financing, health policy, priority setting, and health administration.

Lund University, Social Medicine and Global Health (SMGH): Research in public health and socio-epidemiology, including SRHR, HIV/AIDS, public health policy implementation, and social determinants of health.

The Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU): Provides capacity strengthening, supports policy formulation on adolescent sexual and reproductive health, male involvement, gender, and sexual violence and LGBT rights.

The European Agency for Development and Health (AEDES): A group of consultancy firms based in Belgium specializing in health policies, institutional strengthening, health economics, and quality of care.
