Indevelop's Kick-off 2012
Indevelop started 2012 with an internal kick-off on January 17th at Långholmen! Långholmen was at one time a prison, but the conference centre assured us that "it is now an inspiring and relaxing environment that helps you let your thoughts run free".
The day was spent reflecting on the achievements and challenges of last year and looking at the way forward for 2012. We conducted an internal assessment of Indevelop's values and goals and discussed quality, development and effectiveness.
We were happy to be joined by our two newest colleagues, Johan Dahlstrand and Susanna Rudehill who started with us the second week of January.
We rounded off the day with a Globe Trotter Quiz which turned more competitive than any other Indevelop activity to date. Our three teams competed for travel prizes:
