She is specialised in management, human resources and organisational development and has long experience as Managing Director and Planner within the health care sector. She has strong analytical, team-leading and capacity building skills. Three years experience of organisational development and capacity building at the Central Board of Health in Zambia. Five years experiences of strategic planning and organisational development at Ministry of Health in Uganda.
