Alicia Borges-Månsson

Alicia specializes in project management, feasibility studies and evaluations. Many years experience of development co-operation programmes in education sector. Experience from working as project manager in Sweden and on short-term assignments in countries like Angola, Cambodia, Guatemala, Mozambique, Namibia,Trinidad and Tobago,and Vietnam. She has also worked with planning and implementation of international training programmes in VET and Labour Market and Health Systems Development. She has teaching experience and has acted as facilitator in several training courses. Currently working as independent consultant.

Master of Social Science in Comparative and International Education, Stockholm University, Sweden. BA in Language and Literature - English, Portuguese - Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, good working knowledge in French and Spanish, native language Portuguese.
