About us
Indevelop has since 1986 worked with international development providing expertise in the areas of health sector development, human rights, democratic governance and human security in a development context.
Indevelop's consultancy services include support to policy development, project management, capacity development, monitoring and evaluation, studies and reviews and institutional development.
We provide effective technical assistance and training services that promote gender equality principles, a rights based approach, equity perspectives and human rights principles. We work closely with donors, partner governments and civil society to develop capacity and improve aid effectiveness through a results oriented approach.
Indevelop employs 15 fulltime staff at the office in Stockholm and in advisory positions abroad. In order to ensure that Indevelop always provides high quality expertise that is technically and geographically relevant we work with both in-house and sub-contracted consultants. Our expertise is drawn from:

We undertake assignments on behalf of bilateral and multi-lateral agencies, governments and institutions as well as civil society organisations. Our clients include EU, Sida, GAVI, MCC, WB, ADB, UN organisations, the National Board of Health and Welfare of Sweden, Forum Syd, FHI, Olof Palme International Center, Ministry of Health in Iceland, Finnida, Lunds University, etc.
Indevelop has established linkages to universities and academic institutions and often collaborates with other consultancy companies, organisations or government institutions to implement development projects. We also assist agencies in developing collaborative and networking relationships with stakeholders, other agencies and other technical assistance providers across regional boundaries.
To deliver high quality services we apply a system of continuous quality control to ensure efficient and effective project performance. We have substantial in-house cross-sectoral expertise and backstopping ability in our core areas. This expertise includes capacity development methods and approaches, results based management, outcome mapping, gender issues, peace and security, complex evaluation methods, civil society development and challenges, aid effectiveness and recent development policies.
